Terms and Conditions for Sapphire Service, Gear & Balance, and Test & Balance:

1. Does not include pools affected by black spot or algal blooms

    (green, mustard, or pink).

2. Does not include pools damaged and/or affected by weather events.

3. Only for pools up to 80,000 litres.

4. Does not include spa pools/hot tubs separate from pools.

5. A $100 mobile service call-out fee applies on work undertaken outside

    standard services and/or anything predetermined and pre-agreed,

    however the fee is waived if any quotes for additional work are accepted.

6. Sapphire Service, Gear & Balance, and Test & Balance cost does not

    include any added chemicals
